Experiencing A Problem?

To create a Help Desk ticket, Log into IncidentIQ using your SAU39 Google credentials.

This system is monitored:

8:00am - 3:30pm (M-F, except for holidays).

Please allow 24 hours for an initial response on weekdays.

NOTE: Requests submitted late in the day on Friday and over the weekend can expect a response within 24 hours of the first day of the week. 

Things we can help with: 

  • SAU 39 issued device issues (i.e. hardware).
  • Password resets.
  • SAU 39 provided software install/uninstall on device. 
  • Email connectivity. 
  • Other SAU 39 provided software resources (i.e. Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, etc.)
