To register your new student please complete the Pre-Registration Form.

NOTE: After you complete the pre-registration form, you will receive an email from PowerSchool to set up your parent portal account. Once complete, you will then need to fill out the New Student Enrollment forms.

IMPORTANT: If you are registering multiple students, you will need to fill out the Pre-Registration link for each new student.

The following are REQUIRED documentation needed for registration:

• Birth Certificate - Proof of legal name & birth date such as a birth certificate, passport, or hospital birth record.

• Proof of Residency - See the Certificate of Address below.

• Health Records - Immunizations and copy of a recent physical.

IMPORTANT: While you can upload the your student's birth certificate to the registration forms, an original still must be presented to the school registrar.

NOTE: The Certificate of Address needs to be signed by the Amherst Town Clerk or Mont Vernon Town Clerk. Once complete, this document may be uploaded to the registration forms.
