The Technology Team would like to remind you of a few ways we are working to serve you during this remote time.
We will be ready and waiting to assist you and your technology needs Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm (exceptions include 12/24, 12/25, 1/1)
We will have a Technology Team member onsite at SHS during the above hours to aid in repairs and replacements of devices where remote assistance cannot satisfy the need.
These services are by scheduled by appointment only. (see below)
The remaining Technology Team members will be monitoring e-mail ticket submissions closely and working with you directly on those issues.
How can you reach Tech Support? To submit a ticket, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail about your technology issue.
We will work with you from there through remote assistance and to schedule an onsite repair/swap.
