We are asking for your help in preventing the spread of COVID-19, within our school and community.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and NH Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) has provided the following guidance.People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported, ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Potential Signs/Symptoms of COVID-19 Fever of 100.0 or greater
Gastrointestinal Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Upper Respiratory Symptoms: cough, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, shortness of breath
Muscle or body aches
New loss of taste or smellIf your child is exhibiting any of the above symptoms, even if mild, they will be required to remain home. If they come to school with symptoms, they will be dismissed. It is recommended that you contact your primary care provider to have him/her assessed and/or referred for COVID-19 testing.If the COVID-19 test is negative your child may return to school when his/her symptoms resolving, without the use of medication. If COVID-19 test is positive your child is required to isolated for 10 days. Day 1 being the day of onset of symptoms and day 10 symptoms resolved for 24 hours, without the use of medication.If your child is NOT tested for COVID-19 your child is required to isolate for 10 days.
