The Technology Team would like to remind you of a few ways we are working to serve you all and the students during this remote time.
We will be ready and waiting to assist you and your technology needs Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm (exceptions include 12/24, 12/25, and 1/1)
We will have a Technology Team member onsite at SHS during the above hours to aid in repairs and replacements of devices where remote assistance cannot satisfy the need. These services can be scheduled by appointment only. (see below for further details)
The remaining Technology Team members will be monitoring ticket submissions closely and working with you directly on those issues.
