State Assessment - NHSAS and SAT

NHSAS State Assessment results are sent home to families at the end of the school year.  In addition, parents are now able to directly access NHSAS assessment results for their child through the NHSAS Family Portal.  Please see links above located in the the document container section for directions and additional information.   

 

State Assessment Schedule for 22-23 School Year

Spring State Assessments - (See website calendar for specific grade level dates)

  • SAT Math and ELA- High School Juniors
  • NHSAS Science - Grades 5, 8 and High School Juniors,
  • NHSAS Math - Grades 3-8
  • NHSAS English Language Arts - Grades 3-8

 

More information regarding the purpose of the assessment, length of time for the assessments, and additional requirements can be found on the NHDOE website.

 

Opt out information will be sent directly to families prior to any state assessment.

 

The Elementary & Secondary Education Act (ESEA) requires that all parents in a Title I school be notified and given the opportunity to request information on the level of achievement and academic growth of their student, if applicable and available, on each of the State academic assessments.
