SAU 39 Substitute Interview Process

  • As part of the SAU 39 Substitute Application process, applicants will interview with a building administrator at one of our five schools. If an applicant has a preference as to which school they would like to substitute at, we will coordinate an interview with that building administrator. Please see below document outlining the interview process.

Aesop Online Substitute System

  • SAU 39 is using Absence Management, an automated substitute placement and absence management service that uses an integrated phone and web system. It greatly simplifies and streamlines the process of finding and managing substitute jobs in Amherst, Mont Vernon and Souhegan school districts.
    Once you have completed your application and it has been approved, you will recieve an email welcoming you to SAU 39 and Absence Management requesting you to set up an account and password. Below please find a preview of how Absence Management works.
