    Gardening and Cooking with Herbs

    On Thursday, March 6, a group of AMS seventh grade students, seventh grade science teachers Linda Farrington and Corey White, as well as Principal Porter Dodge joined the Amherst Garden Club for the presentation, Gardening and Cooking with Herbs. Liz Barbour presented on her cottage gardens, where students learned how to use every inch of a small garden to maximize its beauty and bounty in this edible landscape. Following the slides was a cooking demonstration and sampling. Recipes were provided.
